Reporting to the Human Resources Plant Manager, you will manage recruitment processes for positions at our Council Bluffs, Iowa facility. You will build staffing strategies to help attract and retain talent, conduct candidate pre-screens according to guidelines and make recommendations to hiring managers.</p> <p>Your Impact:</p> <ul> <li>Manage the full life cycle recruiting process from kickoff through employment offer. </li><li>Manage multiple open requisitions at any given time. </li><li>Implement staffing strategies including enhancing diverse recruitment efforts. </li><li>Use industry-specific partnerships for networking purposes. </li><li>Conduct candidate interviews to evaluate and summarize relevant experience. </li><li>Present candidate pool along with assessments and makes hiring recommendations to managers. </li><li>Develop and maintain candidate slates for our positions. </li><li>Develop online talent communities to develop candidate pipelines. </li><li>Conduct recruitment needs assessments with hiring managers. </li><li>Provide consultative support for challenging staffing needs. </li><li>Maintain metrics to track candidates through the recruitment process. </li><li>Provide insights on market trends, salaries, and strategies to hiring managers. </li><li>Champion our employment brand to potential candidates and market us as an employer of choice. </li><li>Educate candidates on our employment branding message. </li><li>Evaluate areas within the current sourcing model to achieve efficiency and productivity. </li><li>Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and evenings as needed. </li></ul> <p>Ingredients For Your Success:</p> <ul> <li>Associate's degree required </li><li>1+ years of full lifecycle manufacturing or warehouse recruiting experience </li><li>Bilingual in Spanish and English </li><li>Experience using social media tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, for candidate sourcing </li><li>Experience using search engines, networking sites, job boards and industry associations/niche websites for candidate sourcing </li><li>Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or CRM tools </li><li>Experience assessing talent and making recommendations to the business </li></ul> <p>Number of Days in Office: 5</p> <p>#LI-Onsite</p> <p>#LI-Associate</p> <p>#LI-PM1</p> <p>Compensation:</p> <p>Pay Range:$59,000-$78,000</p> <p>The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.
