When you join our team, you're becoming a part of a mission that transforms lives and builds brighter futures-now and for generations to come.</p> <p>Why LFCS?</p> <ul> <li>Meaningful Work: Your efforts will directly help shape a better world for those who need it most. </li><li>Impactful Mission: Join a team dedicated to creating safety and stability for kids across Missouri. </li><li>A Legacy of Change: Be part of an organization that creates a lasting impact in the communities we serve. </li></ul> <p>Your Role:</p> <ul> <li>Supervise a team of social workers/case managers, and students throughout the state office locations. </li><li>Provide and maintain child welfare services, counseling and case management to individuals, families and groups that include birth, foster and adoptive families, within agency policy. </li><li>Direct the outreach and marketing efforts regarding services to recruit clients for the program and market services to increase community connections. </li><li>The ability to forge a mutually respectful partnership with people served and their families in which they are helped to gain the skills and confidence to address any issues and problems they face. </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Criminal Justice, Guidance Counseling, Drug & Alcohol Counseling or other Human Behavior Science. Three years of experience with children and families. </li><li>Preferred Qualification: Five years of experience with Parenting Services, Adoption, or Foster Care. Professional licensure (LPC or LCSW) in the state of Missouri. </li><li>One year of supervisory experience. </li><li>Must be a licensed driver with access to a reliable automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements. </li><li>Passion for making a difference and supporting families through life's challenges. </li></ul> <p>We are an equal opportunity employer.
