<p>Senior Fund Accountant</p> <p>Hybrid-Wilmington, DE or Livingston, NJ</p> <p>Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.</p> <p>Summary:</p> <p>Our US Fund Solutions group is seeking a Fund Accountant or Senior Fund Accountant. The candidate will manage multiple client deliverables ensuring superior client service. Deliverables include fund administration services provided to private equity funds.</p> <p>Some of the things you will be doing:</p> <ul> <li>Prepare financial statements and support schedules (GAAP and other basis) </li><li>Prepare capital call and distribution calculations and prepare and distribute letters </li><li>Prepare NAV calculations </li><li>Investor and compliance reporting </li><li>Daily client interaction </li><li>Matrix reporting structure for client services </li><li>Internal responsibilities (status reports, time tracking, etc.) </li></ul> <p>What technical skills, qualifications, and experience do you need?</p> <ul> <li>BS Degree in Accounting is required </li><li>Experience as a Fund Accountant in Private Equity </li><li>Working knowledge of US GAAP </li><li>Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, IF/THEN, XIRR, SUBTOTAL, ROUND, named ranges) </li><li>Investran experience a plus </li><li>Able to multi task and perform tasks under strict deadlines </li><li>Professional verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Attention to detail </li><li>Strong organizational skills </li></ul> <p>#LI-SP1</p>
