Your leadership will directly impact team performance, client relationships, and the overall success of construction services projects across the region.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Supervise Field and Laboratory Services Managers, professionals, and administrative staff to ensure productivity and alignment with performance goals</p> </li><li> <p>Manage department metrics such as revenue growth, staff utilization, billing, collections, and profitability</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with leadership and client development teams to identify, pursue, and secure new project opportunities</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee project management and delivery for key clients, ensuring on-time and on-budget results</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure compliance with the AASHTO Quality System and promote high standards across all operational areas</p> </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For:</p> <ul> <li> <p>A High School diploma or GED (a Bachelor's in Civil, Structural, or Geotechnical Engineering or related field a plus)</p> </li><li> <p>A minimum of 6 years of experience in operational and/or project management, preferably within the A/E/C industry</p> </li><li> <p>A demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships, grow business opportunities, and increase backlog</p> </li><li> <p>A willingness to divide time between office and field environments to support team engagement</p> </li><li> <p>A positive, proven leadership approach and knowledge of business metrics, client development, safety, HR policies, and risk management</p> </li></ul> <p>What to Expect:</p> <p>With the use of Company-provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):</p> <ul> <li> <p>Outdoor, hands-on work in all weather conditions</p> </li><li> <p>Walking over rough and uneven terrain and standing for up to 12 hours a day</p> </li><li> <p>Lifting and carrying 40-50 lbs. of equipment and samples</p> </li><li> <p>Maneuvering field tools and equipment on active construction sites</p> </li></ul> <p>Why Join S&ME?</p> <p>At S&ME, your growth matters.
