<p>Vice President of Digital Marketing</p> <p>Location: Wilmington, Delaware</p> <p>Work Model: Hybrid (3 days/week onsite, 2 days/week remote)</p> <p>Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm</p> <p>We are seeking a high-caliber VP of Digital Marketing?to lead our Market Intelligence?function. The successful candidate will bring a unique blend of strategic insight, analytical rigor, and business acumen to drive data-driven decisions and competitive advantage.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>Strategic Market Intelligence</p> <ul> <li>Lead the development of market intelligence frameworks to monitor industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive dynamics. </li><li>Deliver executive-level insights that shape go-to-market strategies, product innovation, and brand positioning. </li><li>Track macroeconomic, regulatory, and technological developments that impact the business landscape. </li></ul> <p>Executive Decision Support</p> <ul> <li>Provide data-driven support for strategic planning, including forecasting, scenario modeling, and investment prioritization. </li><li>Translate complex data into compelling narratives and visualizations for senior leadership and board-level presentations. </li><li>Collaborate with Business Unit Finance, Technology, and Product teams to align marketing insights with enterprise goals. </li></ul> <p>Leadership & Collaboration</p> <ul> <li>Act as a strategic advisor to the Chief Commercial Officer and Business Unit Presidents. </li><li>Lead cross-functional initiatives that integrate market intelligence into product, sales, and customer experience strategies. </li><li>Manage external research vendors and data partners to ensure high-quality, timely insights. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Proven experience in global marketing leadership roles (10+ years preferred). </li><li>Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities. </li><li>Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives and drive cross-functional alignment. </li><li>Prior experience at a Big 4 consulting firm?(Deloitte, PwC, EY, or KPMG) is strongly preferred. </li><li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Business, or a related field.? MBA?is required. </li><li>7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, market research, or strategy consulting. </li><li>Proficiency in data visualization tools, analytics platforms, and statistical tools. </li><li>Strong understanding of digital marketing, customer journey analytics, and performance measurement. </li><li>Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. </li><li>Ability to work across cultures and manage international teams. </li></ul> <p>#LI - CS1</p>
