<p>Akkodis is seeking a Lead Product Analyst for a Contract with a client in Tampa, FL (Remote). The ideal candidate is responsible for translating complex engineering pain points into clear, test-ready requirements while driving alignment across global, cross-functional teams.</p> <p>Rate Range: $53/hour to $60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.</p> <p>Lead Product Analyst Job Responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Drive engineering problem statements into clear, detailed, and test-ready requirements by proactively engaging engineering, manufacturing, quality, and IT stakeholders.</p> </li><li> <p>Translate engineer pain points into well-defined user stories, features, defects, and enablers supported by process flows, data mappings, interface contracts, and mockups.</p> </li><li> <p>Evaluate technical feasibility and architectural alignment across CAx tools (ECAD, MCAD, simulation, visualization) in collaboration with engineers and product leaders.</p> </li><li> <p>Lead and prioritize a globally distributed squad, aligning roadmap, scope, and delivery with engineering value and platform strategy.</p> </li><li> <p>Educate cross-functional partners on CAx capabilities, integrations, and constraints to improve adoption and clarity.</p> </li><li> <p>Identify, manage, and resolve dependencies, production issues, and tooling gaps through fit-gap analysis, root-cause investigation, and mitigation planning.</p> </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.</p> </li><li> <p>10+ years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, or engineering solutions within complex technical environments.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong hands-on experience with CAx ecosystems including ECAD, MCAD, and tools such as AutoCAD, with a deep understanding of engineering workflows.</p> </li><li> <p>Proven ability to lead cross-functional, globally distributed teams and drive alignment between engineering, product, and platform stakeholders.</p> </li></ul> <p>If you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.
