Businessolver developers create web based solutions within a complex integrated system seen by millions of users.</p> <p>The Gig:</p> <ul> <li>Deliver clean, efficient code based on sprint commitments and following code standards and best practices </li><li>Design and implement small enhancements or features </li><li>Actively participate in discussions, coding, testing and provide feedback to peers to enhance the task or product </li><li>Work productively with the Product team or other stakeholders in order to respond to their questions or collaborate on solutions for product needs </li><li>Develop core web application changes using JAVA and XSL </li><li>Present application enhancements to team </li><li>Collaborate with Tech Leads to align on design strategy that will achieve business goals of the user story while ensuring technical integrity </li><li>Communicate effectively with peers and customers. Must have the ability to clearly explain or train others what the software does, how it is constructed, tested, operates and fits into the larger picture. </li><li>Creative thinking and proposing solutions to grow our business by delighting our clients </li><li>May perform other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>What You Need to Make the Cut:</p> <ul> <li>BS in Computer Science, CIS, Software Engineering or related degree. </li><li>3-8 years of experience in Large Scale Enterprise Development </li><li>Extensive knowledge of JAVA, SQL, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/JQuery, Object-Oriented Programming and Relational Databases (Oracle). </li><li>Experience with LINUX, Eclipse IDE, GIT, JIRA, Agile Development Methodology and XSL is a plus. </li><li>Highly motivated, Innovative, self-directed thinker with an eagerness to stay up-to-date with current trends and a desire to impress. </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Any experience with development in the following areas is helpful: </li><li>AWS and AWS Lambda's </li><li>User interface development </li><li>Mobile development with HTML5 or Swift </li><li>Bootstrap, JQuery, or React Native </li><li>Data import/export, SSO, or large-scale EDI </li><li>Previous Billing and Payroll experience is ideal but not required </li></ul> <p>The pay range for this position is 80K to 124K per year (pay to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data).</p> <p>Other Compensation: This role will be eligible to participate in the annual bonus plan.</p>
