<p>Kforce has a client that is seeking a Tech Support in Tampa, FL.</p> <p>Duties Include:</p> <ul> <li>Provide real-time support for technical issues including Login/access problems; Campaign visibility errors; System performance issues (e.g., slow or non-responsive computers) </li><li>Monitor and respond to live tickets, calls, and escalations across multiple platforms </li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues via Slack, Microsoft Teams, email, and phone </li><li>Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams while maintaining ownership of the ticket </li><li>Maintain detailed documentation of support interactions and resolutions </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of user issues </li><li>Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including account setup and access provisioning* Proven experience in technical support or helpdesk operations, preferably in a call center or high-volume support environment </li><li>Proficiency in Slack, Microsoft Teams, and other collaboration tools </li><li>Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network issues </li><li>Ability to multi-task across multiple channels and manage several windows simultaneously </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail </li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, ServiceNow, Jira) </li><li>Familiarity with remote desktop tools and basic IT administration </li></ul>
