<p>The Surety Specialist provides the highest level of customer service in servicing, supporting, and coordinating Client's accounts.</p> <ul> <li> <p>Services designated book of business as relating to providing bonds and services for our clients</p> </li><li> <p>Responds to Client's inquiries, maintains documentation of communications, existing issues, and issue resolution.</p> </li><li> <p>Supports implementation of new bonds, collecting needed documentation, and reviewing obligation details with Client and Surety</p> </li><li> <p>Responds to Client's inquiries, maintains documentation of communications, existing issues, and issue resolution.</p> </li><li> <p>Process New and Renewal Billings along with AP and or RP billings accurately, as Needed</p> </li><li> <p>Protect the confidentiality of information learned by performing the duties of the position</p> </li><li> <p>Processes needed documentation throughout the life of the bond</p> </li><li> <p>Informs Client of any and all changes that may affect surety premiums</p> </li><li> <p>Inputs Client information into data management system, ensuring accuracy and completeness</p> </li><li> <p>Creates and sends compliance communications as needed</p> </li><li> <p>Delegate invoicing to appropriate associate</p> </li><li> <p>Engages with Producer and Accounting Department to appropriately determine action plan and assist in collection efforts or billing discrepancies</p> </li><li> <p>Communicates in a positive manner to contribute to a cohesive, pleasant work environment</p> </li><li> <p>Assists other associates as needed</p> </li><li> <p>Performs other responsibilities and duties as needed</p> </li></ul>
