<p>We are currently searching for a hands-on CSG Lead Coordinator with a strong customer-service orientation to help lead our CCP Services Group (CSG). In this role, you will help guide decision-making to support day-to-day operations and ensure superb execution at every touchpoint. You'll leverage your analytical and problem-solving skills to help the team quickly resolve challenges, guiding them toward the most customer-centric and cost-effective solutions. The ideal candidate will thrive under deadline pressure, possess a talent for multitasking and be able to coach and guide newer team members through both challenges and growth opportunities. A can-do attitude and passion for collaboration are a must.</p> <p>Please note that this position is open to internal candidates only. External candidates who apply will not be considered for this role.</p> <p>A day on the job looks like this:</p> <ul> <li>Coaching, training, mentoring and developing team members </li><li>Supporting daily operations for CSG and Sales Support departments </li><li>Assisting team members in strategizing and problem solving-with the ability to jump in and collaborate on fast, customer-oriented solutions </li><li>Generating and analyzing reports and examining workflows </li><li>Assisting with administrative support such as payroll processing </li><li>Managing team projects, large rollouts and supporting management as needed </li><li>Conducting mentorship one-on-ones and supporting larger team meetings </li><li>Collaborating with other departments as needed </li><li>Working efficiently to solve issues that may arise </li><li>Ensuring projects are completed to meet stakeholder expectations </li><li>Composing various forms of correspondence to maintain clear communication with all end users </li></ul> <p>Got the skills and experience? Here's what we're looking for:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred </li><li>2+ years of experience in a similar role </li><li>2+ years of experience managing people and/or projects </li><li>Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels </li><li>Excellent administrative and organizational skills (1+ years of experience) </li><li>Strong sense of urgency and a "can-do" attitude </li><li>Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities </li><li>Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Superb written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Experience in customer support is preferred </li><li>Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook </li><li>Familiarity with Salesforce.com </li><li>Quick learner with a strong desire to help others </li><li>Great attention to detail </li><li>Collaborative, egoless approach to producing great work </li></ul> <p>And here's our end of the bargain!</p> <p>At Lakeshore, we pay local market wages for employees that reside within Los Angeles and Orange Counties.</p> <p>For this position, new employees joining Lakeshore who live within Los Angeles and Orange Counties are typically brought into the organization at an hourly rate between $20.19 - $26.20 depending on relevant experience & skillset.</p> <p>This range is indicative of projected hiring range.
