<p>Sr. Systems Analyst & Administrator</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Healthcare IT Systems Analyst & Administrator with over 15 years of specialized expertise in implementing, maintaining, and optimizing healthcare IT applications. The ideal candidate will serve as a technical lead in managing mission-critical systems such as Soarian Financials and Clinicals, ensuring seamless performance, compliance, and user support across diverse healthcare environments.</p> <p>Role and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Oversee the administration, upgrades, and performance optimization of Soarian Financials and Clinicals systems, including associated hardware and software. </li><li>Provide advanced troubleshooting of software applications and system modules, collaborating with developers and support teams to resolve complex issues. </li><li>Ensure system configurations align with organizational policies and healthcare regulatory standards; maintain detailed documentation of technical issues and resolutions. </li><li>Analyze system performance metrics and implement enhancements to improve database and transaction response times. </li><li>Develop and maintain comprehensive training materials, conduct training sessions for end-users and support staff. </li><li>Maintain robust tracking systems for client-reported issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution. </li><li>Assist in planning and executing system upgrades; perform daily QA testing to ensure system reliability and functionality. </li><li>Design and maintain enhanced monitoring solutions to ensure 24/7 operational reliability of critical IT systems. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>10+ years of experience in Healthcare IT systems analysis and administration. </li><li>Expertise in Soarian Financials and Clinicals system implementation and support. </li><li>Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues across multiple platforms. </li><li>Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, HL7). </li><li>Excellent communication and documentation skills, with experience in training and cross-functional collaboration. </li></ul> <p>Applications will be accepted until Sept 1st, 2025.</p> <p>The annual salary for this position is between $74,000 - $113,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.</p> <p>This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.</p> <p>Benefits: Cognizant offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements:</p> <p>Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance</p> <p>Paid holidays plus Paid Time Off</p> <p>401(k) plan and contributions</p> <p>Long-term/Short-term Disability</p> <p>Paid Parental Leave</p> <p>Employee Stock Purchase Plan</p> <p>Disclaimer: Benefits information is accurate as of the date of this posting.
