Depending on the item's condition and reason for return, the item is forwarded to different departments to be resold, sent to stock, etc.</p> <p>Essential Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Reviews vendor communications (i.e. packing list, C/S notes) to determine how to process each item </li><li>Examines repaired merchandise to determine condition and confirm that all components/accessories are returned </li><li>Determines the placement of the merchandise (i.e. stock, parts, used, back to customer) through investigation through documentation and computer system </li><li>Updates computer system with findings </li><li>Repacks merchandise to saleable condition if packaging is flawed </li></ul> <p>Additional Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>As assigned by the Supervisor </li></ul> <p>Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Organized and detailed oriented </li><li>Able to problem solve </li><li>Exceptional communication skills </li><li>Experience with computer systems (UNIX, web, email, excel) </li></ul> <p>Preferred Education, Experience and Licenses:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 2 years' experience in a Warehouse </li><li>High school diploma or equivalent required. </li><li>Previous experience in reviewing shipment documentation (shipping label/packing list) a plus </li></ul> <p>Physical Environment/Occupational Risks:</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to lift 50lbs independently and up to 80lbs with assistance. </li><li>Previous experience in reviewing shipment documentation (shipping label/packing list) a plus </li></ul> <p>Required Schedule:</p> <p>Monday-Thursday 9am-6pm, Friday 9am-2:30pm</p>
