We provide training and certification to safely operate powered equipment such as forklifts, tuggers, and powered pallet jacks.</p> <p>As a Do it Best Group team member you can also expect:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Earn up to $22.55/hr</p> </li><li> <p>Wage dependent on experience, starting from $18.25 - $19.25 per hour</p> </li><li> <p>Eligible team members have the opportunity to earn an additional $0.68 - $1.68 per hour with their quarterly performance bonus</p> </li><li> <p>Regular weekday hours</p> </li><li> <p>A drug-free work environment that focuses on everyone's safety</p> </li><li> <p>Generous paid time off available at 60 days</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualified candidates must be able to:</p> <ul> <li>Repeatedly lift items ranging from 40-45 lbs </li><li>Occasionally lift up to 80-100 lbs </li><li>Assist in team lifts </li><li>Stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, carry, push, pull, stoop </li><li>Perform work at floor level, waist level or above shoulder </li><li>NOTE: amount of time worked at each task varies, as needed </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>0-1 years of experience, preferably in Distribution, Warehouse, Supply Chain, or similar industry. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment:</p> <ul> <li>Generally, works in distribution warehouse environment and may be exposed to heat, cold and may work indoors and/or outdoors. May be exposed to chemicals that are routinely present in the Company's warehouse facilities. </li><li>The work is typically active and physical in nature and requires normal accessibility to all work sites required of the position.
