We want you to join our team if you want to be a part of a company that is big enough to help but small enough to care!</p> <p>WHAT YOU WILL DO:</p> <p>As a Territory Sales Representative in our Crane and Hoist Division of Total Tool, you will be responsible for driving sales and profit through the sale of overhead Crane and Hoist repair and inspection services.</p> <p>Travel is required for this role, covering the sales territory throughout Milwaukee and Madison.</p> <p>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Prospecting for new crane, hoist and rigging inspection customers throughout the territory </li><li>Booking inspections and entering incidents into the service scheduling system </li><li>Following up after inspections to ensure customer satisfaction and determine if a repair quote is required </li><li>Providing quotes for inspection, service, new equipment and repairs </li><li>Cold calling sales experience required </li></ul> <p>WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED:</p> <ul> <li>Hardworking, Humble, and Hungry </li><li>Ability to travel to customers in the Milwaukee and Madison areas- company vehicle provided </li><li>Previous experience in sales and customer service </li><li>Previous experience in the construction and/or industrial supply industry preferred </li><li>Highly motivated and detail-oriented </li><li>An exceptional work ethic </li><li>Ability to work in a team environment </li><li>Valid driver's license (21 years or older) and ability to successfully complete Motor Vehicle Report. </li></ul> <p>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:</p> <ul> <li>This is a primarily sedentary role, requiring sitting for extended periods of time while working on a computer. </li><li>Employee must be able to communicate effectively in a typical office environment with a standard level of office noise.
