The clinical nurse performs in the professional role as described by the American Nurses Association (ANA); engaging in activities related to ethics, education, evidence-based practice and research, quality improvement, leadership, collaboration, professional practice evaluation , resources utilization, environmental health, and patient advocacy as appropriate to clinical nursing practice.</p> <p>Job Qualifications</p> <p>Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility</p> <p>We're seeking a highly-skilled, self-motivated nursing professional with:</p> <ul> <li>Current California RN license required </li><li>BSN or MSN required </li><li>BLS from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association required </li><li>2 yrs recent Med Surg experience required </li><li>Skill in implementing appropriate nursing interventions on a consistent basis </li><li>Ability to perform historical, physical and behavioral patient assessments </li><li>Ability to develop and implement and evaluate patient care plan actively involving patients, family, and staff </li><li>Official Transcripts and/or original diploma from a registered nursing program must be provided upon hire </li></ul> <p>As a condition of employment, the final candidate who accepts an offer of employment will be required to disclose if they have been subject to any final administrative or judicial decisions within the last seven years determining that they committed any misconduct; or have filed an appeal of a finding of substantiated misconduct with a previous employer.</p>
