<p>Job Title: Clinic Director - New launch Clinic - Physical Therapist</p> <p>Department: Operations</p> <p>Reports To: Group Director of Operations</p> <p>FLSA Status: Exempt</p> <p><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong>__</strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></p> <p>Overview</p> <p>This position is tailored for a physical therapist with an entrepreneurial spirit who seeks the opportunity to develop and expand a new clinic with Sports and Orthopedic Leaders Physical Therapy. The ideal candidate will be motivated to cultivate referral relationships and take on a leadership role within a dynamic team environment.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</p> <p>Patient Care</p> <ul> <li>Conduct comprehensive evaluations and provide Recommend Evidence-Guided treatment to patients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care. </li><li>Create individualized plans of care, monitor patient progress, and manage the discharge process. </li><li>Complete all required documentation promptly and accurately. </li></ul> <p>Clinic Leadership</p> <ul> <li>Take ownership of the clinic's success by leading from the front-supporting the team, maintaining high clinical standards, and ensuring smooth daily operations. </li><li>Lead and mentor clinic staff, fostering a positive and collaborative team atmosphere using our intentional culture and organization values. </li><li>Oversee daily operations, including scheduling and managing staffing needs to support clinic efficiency. </li><li>Assess clinic performance metrics provided by the Business Intelligence team and provide feedback to leadership and clinic staff on opportunities for improvement. </li></ul> <p>Clinic Growth</p> <ul> <li>Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, athletic organizations, and community partners to enhance clinic visibility. </li><li>Engage in local networking, outreach initiatives, and participate in educational events to promote the clinic. </li><li>Support efforts to strengthen the clinic's reputation and expand its referral base within the community. </li></ul> <p>Operations & Compliance</p> <ul> <li>Ensure billing and clinical documentation are accurate and compliant with all guidelines. </li><li>Adhere to company policies and regulatory standards, maintaining full compliance in all operations. </li><li>Contribute to budgeting and participate in strategic planning for overall clinic performance. </li></ul> <p>Why This Role Is Different</p> <ul> <li>Opportunity to build and lead your own clinic </li><li>Strong support system including marketing, operations, and leadership </li><li>Ability to grow a team and referral network </li><li>Competitive compensation with leadership growth opportunities </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <ul> <li>Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. </li><li>Licensed Physical Therapist in the respective state of practice. </li><li>Preferably, at least four years of clinical experience. </li><li>Demonstrated leadership mindset with a passion for building and growing a clinic. </li><li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster strong professional relationships. </li><li>Basic understanding of clinic performance metrics and day-to-day operations. </li></ul> <p>How Success is Measured</p> <ul> <li>Achievement of strong patient outcomes and a high level of patient satisfaction. </li><li>Growth in clinic volume and ongoing development of referral sources. </li><li>Effective team leadership and advancement of staff capabilities. </li><li>Solid financial performance and operational efficiency within the clinic. </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements</p> <ul> <li>The following physical requirements are needed for essential job duties, with reasonable accommodations available for disabilities. </li><li>Tasks involve frequent use of hands, speaking, and hearing; regular standing, walking, sitting, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. </li><li>The position requires lifting up to 25 pounds regularly and over 100 pounds occasionally. </li></ul>
