<p>Job Description:</p> <p>The primary responsibility of this position is to perform various types of painting projects. Other duties include general carpentry maintenance, wall construction, and sheetrock and plaster wall repair.</p> <p>Essential Job Functions:</p> <p>70% A. Performs all types of interior and exterior painting of academic, student dormitories, and office buildings.</p> <p>15 % B. Performs repair and maintenance tasks to building furnishings and furniture, including refinishing building furniture, doors woodwork.</p> <p>5 % C. Performs minor construction, including wall construction and sheetrock and plaster wall repair.</p> <p>5 % D. Perform snow removal as assigned.</p> <p>5 % E. Performs other duties as assigned.</p> <p>Education:</p> <p>Required: High School graduate or equivalent degree.
