By providing patients and internal and external stakeholders with a consistent, efficient, and easy experience, you'll help ensure that patients at The Oregon Clinic receive the highest value care tailored to their needs.</p> <p>Using excellent customer service and communications skills, your primary duties in this role include:</p> <ul> <li>Conducts comprehensive physical assessments and develops individualized treatment plans to restore function, improve mobility, and promote overall wellness. </li><li>Evaluate strength, coordination, balance, and other key functions to determine patients' abilities and support reintegration into daily life or the workplace. </li><li>Treatment includes therapeutic interventions, patient education, and assistive devices, with ongoing revisions as needed. </li><li>Contributes to physician's effectiveness by identifying patient care issues, recommending options and courses of action, and implementing physician directives. </li><li>Collaborates closely with physicians and care teams to address urgent patient needs and ensure high-quality, coordinated care. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Salary: Hiring range, based on experience and credentials: $91,969.28 - $137,935.92 per year.</p> <p>Workdays: Typical hours are Monday-Friday, (7:30 am-6:00 pm), shifts may vary between 8 to 10 hours per day according to clinic needs and candidate preference.</p> <p>2 Locations available- NE Portland or Beaverton. To give time for credentialling, this position will start August 1, 2026.</p> <p>Qualifications that support success in this role are based on education, experience and values including:</p> <ul> <li>A Master's degree or better in Physical Therapy is required; a Doctorate is strongly preferred. </li><li>Must be licensed to practice Physical Therapy in Oregon. </li><li>Minimum 3 (three) years' experience as a Physical Therapist is preferred. Minimum 5 (five) years of experience is strongly preferred. </li><li>Specialty certification in Neuro, Ortho, Geriatric/Conditioning or Cardiopulmonary is preferred. </li><li>Current CPR/BLS within 60 days of hire. ACLS may be required by specialty. </li><li>Prior Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience preferred. Epic experience is a plus! </li><li>Demonstrated ability to initiate, work independently, and effectively multitask </li><li>Excellent attendance and work ethic. </li><li>Positive attitude and desire to be a team player. </li><li>Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with patients, physicians and other team members. </li><li>A commitment to patient-focused care, privacy, and safety. </li></ul> <p>This description is intended to provide only basic guidelines for meeting job requirements.
