We pride ourselves on commitment to excellence for our clients, the passion we put into our work each day, and upward mobility for our talented front line employees.</p> <p>You can check out istmanagement.com for more info on us!</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Loading Dock Service Specialist services to include:</p> <ul> <li>Working on loading dock and in office as needed, being flexible to your enviornment </li><li>Mailroom coordination and mail services </li><li>Process inbound and outbound parcels </li><li>Maintain detailed and accruate logs for all parcels </li><li>Provide direct customer service to client employees </li><li>Respond to e-mails, phone calls and in person requests timely and accurately </li><li>Coordinate with internal team members and client contaces to ensure a seamless work flow </li><li>Cross train in other areas of the operation including facilities, copy, print and fleet management </li><li>Facilities services, to include: general upkeep and maintenance of facility with special care paid toward common areas, coordination with janitorial staff to ensure clean and safe environment, inspections and coordination of all vendor services for repairs/installations for all components of facility - including electrical, plumbing, elevator, parking lot etc., and office moves and space planning related tasks </li><li>Adhere to all safety procedures </li><li>Tasks as assigned by supervisor </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>1+ year of experience in office services and/or facilities and maintenance services or a related field is required </li><li>Diploma or GED equivalent is required - degree may allow for accelerated path toward managerial roles </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Professional appearance and demeanor </li><li>Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment </li><li>A valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation to and from work </li><li>Ability to lift 50lbs </li><li>Willingness to cross-train for other job functions </li></ul>
