With our incredible plans for the future of mobility, we have a wide variety of opportunities for you to accelerate your career potential as you help us define tomorrow's transportation.</p> <p>Engineer III, Occupational Safety</p> <p>What you'll do...</p> <ul> <li>Support daily production and maintenance activities as one of the safety subject matter experts by providing clear direction on all matters related to safe work practices. </li><li>Ensure the facility has an effective Emergency Response Plan and be knowledgeable about the plan. </li><li>Maintain compliance with all relevant safety programs by conducting daily and focused audits as necessary. </li><li>Drive the 38-element Safety Operating System (SOS) at the facility and Lead SOS champions to take ownership of their respective elements. </li><li>Facilitate the plant's daily SOS and monthly Safety Process Review Board meetings. </li><li>Communicate effectively with plant leadership when identifying gaps and sharing positive learnings. </li><li>Assist departments in completing all injury, near-miss, and property damage investigations as needed.
