Additionally we provide a range of product services that ensure our products are optimized for every user, no matter where they are in the world (e.g., localization, digitization, partner integration, and more).</p> <p>In this role you will provide comprehensive financial reporting and analysis on spend within gUP Operations.You will drive cost optimization, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.Google creates products and services that make the world a better place, and gTech's role is to help bring them to life. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Learn more about benefits at Google.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Develop, maintain, and present detailed financial reports on spending across gUP Operations, including monthly and quarterly reports for senior management. </li><li>Conduct in-depth analysis of spend data to identify cost drivers, outliers, and opportunities for optimization, and develop reporting on pre-approved vs invoiced spend. </li><li>Analyze the financial impact of proposed changes to Ops support models, such as staffing adjustments or technology implementations. </li><li>Collaborate with the leadership team on annual budgets, monitor actual spend against budget, and provide regular variance analysis and spend forecasting, while partnering with the broader Ops team to understand their financial needs. </li><li>Collaborate with other finance team members on broader financial reporting and analysis initiatives, and participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving the efficiency and footprint of Ops. </li></ul>
