Listed on London Stock Exchange; Member of the FTSE 250 Index.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>The Role</p> <p>You'll build and adjust production schedules, keep materials and capacity aligned, and work closely with the teams who make everything happen. When something shifts-and it always does-you'll tweak the plan, reroute priorities, and keep everyone moving in the same direction.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Run and adjust production schedules based on forecasts, orders, and capacity </li><li>Manage the flow of materials and parts between departments </li><li>Resolve schedule issues with production teams </li><li>Track performance and report status updates (the useful kind, not spreadsheets for the sake of spreadsheets) </li><li>Work with quality, shipping, and sales to shrink lead times and boost on-time delivery </li><li>Monitor processes and spot opportunities to do things better, faster, or smarter </li><li>Ensure safety, environmental, and quality requirements are met </li><li>Jump into other tasks as needed-because production doesn't always read the job description </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>About You / What You'll Bring</p> <ul> <li>A BS degree or equivalent experience </li><li>5-10 years in production planning or a closely related function </li><li>Strong knowledge of production control, supply chain concepts, and MRP II </li><li>Confident with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook </li><li>A calm, organized approach to problem-solving (especially when the plan blows up at 9 a.m.) </li><li>Clear and effective communication with cross-functional teams </li><li>Ability to analyze data and turn it into practical decisions </li></ul> <p>Nice to Have</p> <ul> <li>Experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365-bonus points if you've survived an implementation </li><li>Manufacturing experience in a similar industry </li></ul> <p>1099 - Contract (9-12 months)</p> <p>Pay Rate = $35 - $45 per hour</p> <p>Onsite</p> <p>Morgan Advanced Materials is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
