Serve as the technical lead for the area. Be the expert on efficient operation of all equipment in the department. Key focus with their team to achieve quality, productivity, and turnaround goals.</p> <p>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>OPERATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Plan, organize, direct and control the work of staff in order to meet quality, productivity and turnaround goals in the Coating Department </li><li>Interact with Production Manager - Coating to coordinate efforts and communicate effectively with teammates. </li><li>Monitor processes to ensure quality checks are carried out and develop countermeasures to correct defects </li><li>Use problem solving techniques to proactively address issues or concerns within the department.
