As a comprehensive medical center, Saint Francis Hospital Bartlett has the expertise to deliver quality care in a variety of specialties including Emergency Services, Inpatient & Outpatient Surgical Services, Med/Surge, Ortho, Critical Care and Women's Services.</p> <p>MSPI Coordinator Full Time Days Position Summary</p> <p>The individual in this position assists with the implementation of Quality / Performance Improvement objectives and has a significant role in ensuring accurate and compliant evidence-based measure documentation and in reporting quality-of-care outcomes.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Provides related education to staff. May prepare simple cultures as required for environmental and individual studies. Reviews sterilization and disinfection techniques and recommends changes, as necessary.</p> <p>This individual's responsibilities include the following activities:</p> <p>a) tracking, trending, and analyzing data to identify and improve processes related to Quality / Performance Improvement programs.</p> <p>b) makes daily rounds on nursing units and identifies areas of opportunity to improve patient outcomes.</p> <p>c) Generates reports, spreadsheets, charts, and presentations as needed to assist in the Quality / Performance Improvement efforts.</p> <p>d) actively supports ongoing Joint Commission preparation including participation in the Joint Commission Survey Ready Team, unit-based audits, record reviews, and tracers in the coordination of and participation in mock surveys.</p> <p>Education:</p> <p>Required: Bachelor's degree inpatient care related field</p> <p>Experience:</p> <p>Required: 3 years of experience in healthcare or quality management</p> <p>Certifications:</p> <p>Not Applicable</p> <p>2403038410</p>
