<p>Your activities</p> <p>Partner with WIKA sales teams and direct accounts to identify and capitalize on IIoT business opportunities.</p> <p>Cooperate with sales and develop assigned IIoT accounts with regards to revenue, strategy and execution.</p> <p>Maintain contact with accounts and ensure a high level of satisfaction for all internal and external customers.</p> <p>Responsible for application and technical support.</p> <p>Identify and uncover market needs based on feedback from customers.</p> <p>Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to translate customer feedback into innovative IIoT product enhancements.</p> <p>Identify opportunities for sales to promote existing solutions to additional customers, maximizing reach and enhancing the impact of current offerings.</p> <p>Assist the IIoT sales pipeline, tracking opportunities from lead generation to project execution.</p> <p>Perform and support Field Service activities on IIoT solutions as needed.</p> <p>Assist in pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and project coordination to optimize IIoT solutions for customers.</p> <p>Work closely with post-sales support and engineering to cover all phases of the IIoT customer journey and facilitate WIKA's end to end approach.</p> <p>Monitors annual sales objectives.</p> <p>Communicate with colleagues in the Corporate CoE (Center of Excellence) regularly to exchange experience, lessons learned etc.</p> <p>Your profile</p> <p>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.</p> <p>5+ years of experience in IIoT, industrial automation, or related technology fields.</p> <p>Strong knowledge of IIoT systems, platforms, and communication protocols</p> <p>Experience in systems integration, project management, and software/hardware management in an industrial context.</p> <p>Familiarity with cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure) and data analytics tools.</p> <p>Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.</p> <p>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.</p> <p>Experience with cybersecurity practices and predictive analytics in IIoT environments preferred.</p> <p>Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills preferred.</p> <p>Experience in AI (Artificial Intelligence)/ML(Machine Learning) applications in IIoT environments is a plus.</p> <p>Ability to support up to 25% travel.</p>
