The COO/GM will lead a lifestyle-focused organization where hospitality, operational strength, and community pride go hand in hand.</p> <p>The Opportunity:</p> <p>This position serves as Chief Operating Officer/ General Manager overseeing all Club and POA functions, culture, financial strategy, infrastructure care, capital planning, and golf operations. Champion Hills' Fazio course is a signature asset, requiring collaborative leadership between golf professionals, agronomy, and clubhouse teams to deliver an outstanding golf experience on the course and in every department that touches the golfer's journey. With over 65% of members living full-time in the community, infrastructure stewardship, capital asset planning, and awareness of real estate value drivers are essential. Dining at the clubhouse is</p> <p>also a defining experience, demanding a leader skilled in food & beverage operations, service standards, menu collaboration, and cost management. The COO/GM partners closely with the Club Board of Governors and Property Owners Association (POA) Board, and is responsible for timely, clear, and proactive communication with members, residents, and staff.
