You will play a vital role in helping youth heal, adjust, and reunify with family when possible - all while working in a supportive, mission-driven environment.</p> <p>Your responsibilities may include but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Conduct weekly individual and group therapy sessions; </li><li>Complete intake assessments within 24-48 hours of arrival; </li><li>Administer trafficking assessments; </li><li>Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation; </li><li>Provide court reports as needed; </li><li>Support family reunification through additional counseling; </li><li>Participate in treatment team meetings and supervision; </li><li>Stay current on best practices, licensing requirements, and trainings; </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <p>What will make you successful</p> <ul> <li>This position requires a master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field of study from an accredited college; </li><li>Active license in state of Michigan; </li><li>Experience with trauma-informed care and diverse populations; </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; </li><li>Strong clinical, therapeutic, and crisis intervention skills; </li><li>Must be 21 years old with a valid driver's license with at least 3 years driving experience to operate a vehicle on behalf of Bethany. Must also pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check and maintain a reliable vehicle with proof of adequate insurance coverage; </li><li>Pass a criminal history screen, including state and local child protection agency registries; </li><li>Documentation of immunity to vaccine preventable diseases or the willingness to receive vaccination or seek an exemption; </li><li>Subscription to and integration of the agency Statement of Faith, Mission Statement, and Commitment to Unity. </li></ul> <p>#LI-KD1</p>
