You're here to build what's next, on a team that outperforms every norm.</p> <p>Visit us here to learn more about Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects</p> <p>THE WORK:</p> <ul> <li>You'll manage project controls, cost and performance activities and procedures, project logistics, organization, systems and project close-out. </li><li>You'll assume role on projects as the client's advisor and project manager. Function as an extension of client staff. </li><li>You'll document and track relevant information and project statuses. Prepare reports-including risk and construction progress-and enforce QA/QC. </li><li>You'll manage both the project budget and schedule to meet the qualitative standards. </li><li>You'll review contractors' construction schedules and provide feedback to help ensure timely completion of the work. </li><li>You'll manage and coordinates project team and contractors in communicating directives and ensuring the project scope is built according to plans, specifications, and cost limits. </li><li>You'll anticipate and resolve conflicts across design, construction, operations, safety, and commissioning while liaising with key airport divisions. </li><li>You'll oversee shop drawing reviews, mockups, acceptance tests, and participate in testing, commissioning, and punch list closeout. </li><li>You'll review design team responses to requests for clarification from contractors to ensure Owner views are represented. </li><li>You'll negotiate with contractors to achieve a fair and reasonable cost for change orders and reviews their impact on the project. </li><li>You'll review applications for payment and perform fiscal management of project resources. </li><li>You'll coordinate with airport stakeholders to meet administrative, operational, technical, engineering, and closeout objectives. </li><li>You'll lead project meetings. </li><li>You'll perform other construction management functions as assigned. </li><li>You'll work on site with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships. </li></ul> <p>$90,000 - $120,000 a year</p> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.</p> <p>We accept applications on an on-going basis and there is no fixed deadline to apply</p> <p>Qualification</p> <p>HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in Construction Management </li><li>BS or BA in Architecture, Engineering, Urban Planning, Construction Management </li></ul> <p>BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:</p> <ul> <li>Experience utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) preferred </li><li>Experience with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certified projects preferred </li><li>PE, CCM, EIT, LEED or licensure as an Architect preferred </li></ul> <p>Locations</p>
