<p>Recruiter / Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)</p> <p>Location: Downtown Wilmington | Full-Time On-Site (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM)</p> <p>Reports To: Vice President of Human Resources</p> <p>Are you looking for an opportunity where you can:</p> <ul> <li>Make a meaningful impact across the organization </li><li>Use the wide range of your HR abilities </li><li>Work in the heart of downtown Wilmington alongside a supportive team </li></ul> <p>If so, we'd love to hear from you - apply today!</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <p>Talent Acquisition & Recruiting</p> <p>You'll lead the recruiting process and help create an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish. Responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, define job requirements, and attract top talent </li><li>Managing recruitment efforts through the ADP Recruiting platform </li><li>Maintaining accurate and up-to-date job postings and weekly open position reports </li><li>Coordinating external recruiting efforts, including agencies and headhunter relationships </li><li>Managing internship programs and participating in career fairs and networking events </li><li>Overseeing video interview coordination through SparkHire, including writing interview questions </li><li>Supporting seamless onboarding for new hires within ADP </li></ul> <p>Employee Relations & HR Support</p> <p>You'll serve as a trusted HR resource for employees and managers while helping foster a positive and compliant workplace culture.</p> <ul> <li>Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices </li><li>Handle employee relations matters with professionalism, discretion, and fairness </li><li>Manage leave administration, including FMLA and ADA </li><li>Coordinate unemployment responses and represent the organization during hearings when needed </li></ul> <p>Benefits, Compliance & HR Operations</p> <p>You'll play a key role in supporting HR operations and ensuring compliance across multiple HR functions.</p> <ul> <li>Serve as a primary point of contact for employee benefits questions and issue resolution </li><li>Coordinate open enrollment and support compensation communication timelines </li><li>Assist with audits and compliance reporting including ACA, 401(k), NDT, and EEO-1 reporting </li><li>Maintain accurate HRIS records and generate HR analytics and reporting </li><li>Support employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and HR process improvements </li><li>Help maintain and update HR SharePoint resources and communications </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field </li><li>2+ years of progressive HR experience with a strong background in recruiting, employee relations, and leave management </li><li>Solid understanding of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements </li><li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills </li><li>Strong organizational abilities with excellent attention to detail </li><li>Experience with ADP WorkforceNow and Microsoft Office Suite </li><li>PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus </li></ul>
