We support a hybrid work environment with on-site and remote work days.</p> <p>Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company</p> <p>List of Responsibilities/Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Create and maintain Excel templates </li><li>Learn the details of customers' accounts payable process </li><li>Manage email inboxes and answer vendor and customer inquiries </li><li>Manage virtual credit card limits </li><li>Manage vendor relationships to ensure payments are processed in a timely manner </li><li>Document activity appropriately in Salesforce </li><li>Participate in proactive, virtual customer engagements </li><li>Responsible for making 70 outbound vendor calls daily </li></ul> <p>We'd love to chat if you have:</p> <ul> <li>Fundamental understanding of accounting principles </li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively and independently </li><li>Proficient in Excel </li><li>Be a self-starter and exhibit a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn </li><li>Exhibit excellent communication skills, both verbal and written </li><li>Detail-oriented and organized </li><li>Process driven </li><li>Experience in Bookkeeping or AR/AP processing </li></ul> <p>What's in it for you?</p> <p>Redefining how businesses automate their work is a fast-paced, exciting, and fun environment.
