<p>Elbit Systems is looking for a Head of Technical Management Team within the Helmet Mounted and Sensors Systems Directorate to join the Haifa site</p> <p>:In this role you will</p> <p>Manage and lead several complex projects for key customers in Israel and abroad within the Helmet Mounted Systems business unit</p> <p>Hold full engineering responsibility for a cluster of projects in the FW HMDS train for Helmet Mounted and sensor systems - from proposal stage and initial architecture definition, through development and transfer to production, up to delivery to the customer, including support for serial production</p> <p>Provide professional management and mentoring for a team of technical managers</p> <p>Lead engineering interfaces with customers in Israel and abroad, including major platform manufacturers and end users</p> <p>Drive and lead multidisciplinary engineering teams across projects</p> <p>Work closely with business units, production lines, and internal engineering organizations to ensure goal achievement</p> <p>Coordinate internal and external interfaces, including presenting project status, risks, and budget topics</p> <p>:Requirements</p> <p>B.Sc. in Engineering - Electronics, Mechanics, Aeronautics, or Computers (M.Sc. - Advantage)</p> <p>Experience leading multidisciplinary projects</p> <p>Proven ability to lead and motivate teams and work in a matrix environment</p> <p>Experience managing development teams</p> <p>Familiarity with helmet-mounted display systems (HMDS) - Advantage</p> <p>Experience working with international customers - Advantage</p> <p>Excellent command of English (reading, writing, and speaking), including ability to lead discussions and present materials</p> <p>Only relevant applications will be answered</p> <p>#Haifa</p>
