<p>POSITION SUMMARY: Ensure the daily duties of the Security Officers and Dispatch Center are carried out. Assist with the training of existing and newly hired Security personnel related to the systems and their duties as set forth by the Security Department Standard Operating Procedures and the policies of Affinia Healthcare.</p> <p>POSITION QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:</p> <p>Education: High School diploma required. Associate degree or higher preferred.</p> <p>Experience: Requires five (5) years of physical security experience. Candidates are eligible upon completion of probation or at the discretion of the Security Manager or Assistant. VP of Safety/Security. Requires three (3) years of experience operating safety and security-related systems, such as access control, burglar alarms, closed circuit camera systems, computer-aided dispatch, fire alarms, scheduling software, and two-way radio operation.
