<p>Position Summary Job Description Observes and assists in various capacities to Orlando Health Imaging areas to include CT, MRI. Songraphy, Xray et. Perfect for candidate looking to get into this field. Shift wil vary and schedule will be set with manager of the department. Responsibilities Essential Functions Transports stretcher and wheelchair patients in a safe, professional manner, following HIPPA and handoff compliance. Uses double identifiers on every patient per The Joint Commission regulations for patient safety. Orders and receives weekly radiology supplies. Picks up and delivers requisitions, specimens and other materials within the facility. Assist with stocking and cleaning of rooms, puts away supplies correctly. Reports faulty equipment, hazardous conditions and/or incidents to supervisor for follow up. Returns equipment to designated storage area, maintains transport equipment and cleans, deodorizes and disinfects equipment as needed. Maintains O2/suction supplies as required per facility. Utilizes all corporate radiology computer systems effectively and accurately. Delivers mail interdepartmentally as needed. Maintains reasonably regular, punctual attendance consistent with Orlando Health policies, the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards. Maintains compliance with all Orlando Health policies and procedures Qualifications Education/Training High School graduate or equivalent is required. Licensure/Certification BLS/Healthcare Provider American Heart Association certified CPR</p> <p>Education/Training High School graduate or equivalent is required.
