<p>Queensbury, NY</p> <p>The Information Technology Systems Adminstrator will provide the infrastructure support needed that ensures that our computer and telecommunications systems and networks are stable and reliable. This position will assist with network planning and implementation supporting our current and future needs. The Systems Administrator will assist in providing outstanding customer support to all Delcath Systems facilities and employees.</p> <p>PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for availability, security, and support of IT systems at all Delcath Systems locations including support for remote employees. </li><li>Provide desk side and network support to end-users as needed. </li><li>Install, configure, and upgrade IT infrastructure hardware, operating systems, and software as needed. </li><li>Perform monthly and quarterly internal IT reviews to ensure compliance standards are adhered to for SOX, GxP, etc. </li><li>Maintain and contribute to accurate documentation of IT infrastructure, configurations, and procedures. </li><li>Maintain Qualified Network compliance through change management processes. </li><li>Escalate complex or specialized tasks to the MSP or higher-level internal staff, as needed. </li><li>Maintain Avaya IP 500 PBX phone system including auto-attendant, phone ext/voicemail setup, and physical phone sets in local offices. </li><li>Oversee MSP service levels and ensure proper ticket resolution and documentation. </li><li>Review and maintain software licensing and hardware warranty controls. </li><li>Ensure adequate printer supplies are on hand and printer maintenance is performed as needed. </li><li>User and device add/change/remove maintenance in active directory. </li></ul> <p>To apply for this position, please send your resume to jobs@delcath.com.</p>
