And we do it all with heart, each and every day.</p> <p>Position Summary</p> <p>As the Sr. Manager, Immunizations Growth Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in outlining the strategy for the Immunizations portfolio within the retail pharmacy business.</p> <p>Primary responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>You will develop strategic plans that align with the company's goals to drive sustainable growth within the Immunizations portfolio, analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities. </li><li>You will develop short and long term roadmaps that enable the organization to deliver on its strategic priorities. </li><li>You will develop financial projections that support the team's strategy. </li></ul> <p>More about you:</p> <ul> <li>Skilled at developing and executing complex multi-year strategies and roadmaps </li><li>Expert communicator and storyteller, both written and verbal, with the ability to inspire others </li><li>Critical thinker who easily connects the dots across multiple inputs, including various business opportunities, insights, constraints, and experience to discern the best course of action </li><li>Proactive, takes the initiative to act, and operates with high levels of accountability </li><li>Highly inquisitive and curious, developing a deep understanding of the Immunizations portfolio and its competitive landscape </li><li>Skilled collaborator and expert at leading in a matrixed organization, gaining alignment across functions, and influencing without authority </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of relevant work experience (consulting, corporate strategy, corporate development) </li><li>5+ years proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint) </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience presenting to leadership teams </li><li>Ability to influence partners and leaders without direct authority </li><li>FP&A, forecasting, budgeting or similar experience </li><li>MBA or equivalent </li></ul> <p>Education</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma and equivalent work experience required </li></ul> <p>Pay Range</p> <p>The typical pay range for this role is:</p> <p>$75,400.00 - $199,144.00</p> <p>This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
