Identify barriers, verify work search, and refer to reemployment services through One Stop offices.</p> </li><li> <p>Retrieve, review and update claimant and employer information utilizing computer database inquiries and computer data entry skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Collect, validate, and assemble completed claims and submit for imaging and archival storage.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with testing, wage investigations, adjudicate work on various types of claim types (CWC, UCX, UCFE, APT, Trade).</p> </li><li> <p>As directed by supervisor, file initial, additional and extended unemployment insurance benefits by telephone.</p> </li><li> <p>As directed, adhere to State, Department of Labor and UI Division policies and procedures.</p> </li><li> <p>Other duties as assigned to support the Unemployment Insurance Benefits program.</p> </li></ul> <p>Location: These positions are on-site and located at the NDOL Administrative Building at 550 South 16th St, Lincoln</p> <p>Work Schedule: 8am - 5pm; Monday - Friday</p> <p>Requirements / Qualifications:</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications: Post high-school coursework/training in math, composition and/or use of computer equipment, OR experience in fact finding/interviewing, customer service including answering inquiries, explaining procedures or experience in customer service or call center.</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications: Experience adjudicating unemployment insurance claims; experience using current benefit payment system in NEworks.
