Whether you're in Marketing, IT, Finance, HR, or a related field, this 10-week paid internship is your chance to learn, lead, and level up your future.</p> <p>POSITION OVERVIEW</p> <p>The Internal Audit Intern works as an apprentice under the direction of the VP -Internal Audit and is responsible for functions needed in the Internal Audit Department. The Internal Audit will play a key role in the continued growth and success of the Company. Other key responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Conduct operational audits, including reviewing purchasing card transactions, expense reimbursements, pharmacy claims and financial controls for compliance.</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare audit reports, risk assessments, and presentations using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with audit engagements, departmental projects, and serve as a resource for broader audit initiatives.</p> </li><li> <p>Support the evaluation and enhancement of internal controls and risk mitigation processes to improve operational efficiency.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain, update, and manage audit-related data, records, and documentation.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support compliance initiatives and process improvement efforts.</p> </li></ul> <p>Physical requirements</p> <p>Sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, and moving intermittently during working hours. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs.
