<p>Develop and implement logistics quality plans and procedures to maximize compliance with customer needs. As a Logistics Quality team member, you are accountable for delivering on quality objectives through the establishment of effective accountability systems. Works as part of the Logistics Quality team to improve processes and share BKMs to improve results. Works with other analysts and managers to establish expertise in problem statement creation and root cause determination (5Why/Ishikawa). Ensures the voice of the Warehouse/Depots on quality is accurately and consistently represented globally. Program manages execution and quality of investigations and RCCA's to cycle time objectives in assigned warehouses and regions. Develops analytical capability to identify trends and patterns in quality data to drive required improvements. Evaluates logistics performance to drive quality improvements in Global Logistics operations. Participates in activities and uses available resources to respond to the customer on quality resolution and requests. Identifies, recommends, and drives corrective and preventative actions in logistics operations. Other duties as assigned. Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience. Experience with completing process improvement projects in a warehouse or manufacturing environment that increase efficiency and reduce errors Excellent communication skills Expert in analyzing data from different sources to drive business solutions Expert in use of analytical tools like MS Excel and Power BI Knowledge of the 8D problem solving method Knowledge of Lean/Sig Sigma Experience in 8D Problem solving and use of root cause determination tools such as 5 Why, Cause Mapping, Ishikawa/Fishbone analysis Expert Knowledge/Experience with Lam systems: KM Matrix, iPLM, iQMS or Compliance Quest and SAP</p>
