<p>Production Supervisor</p> <p>Company: Intertech Medical, LLC</p> <p>Primary Location: 4525 Kingston St, Denver, CO 80239 USA</p> <p>Employment Type: Salaried | Full-Time</p> <p>Function: Manufacturing Production / Distribution</p> <p>Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled</p> <p>Main Duties & Responsibilities</p> <p>Shift - Thursday-Sunday and every other Wednesday 5:40pm - 6:00am</p> <ul> <li>Is fully responsible and accountable for all aspects of the Production Area for their shift. </li><li>Manages and provides leadership for the functional group's development, direction, and effectiveness, adhering to organizational policies and processes, and supporting overall business and corporate objectives. </li><li>Creates development plans for associates and provides honest and constructive performance feedback. </li><li>Responsible for all training for their team, ensuring it is complete and on-time. </li><li>Ensures operations schedules are met within budget through appropriate use of human and technology resources, scheduling and effective problem solving. </li><li>Plans and implements organizational changes within area of responsibility. Recommends changes to other areas that will improve overall effectiveness of the operations and/or quality group. </li><li>Maintains consistency in issues related to company policy, practices and documentation. </li><li>Coordinates work assignments within the production department that includes training, technical support and/or process/trouble shooting </li></ul> <p>support.</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for throughput and schedule obtainment. </li><li>Create, monitor and complete Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) in a timely fashion, with regards to Production. </li><li>Maintains all data management and entry into relevant systems.
