Ability to evaluate, summarize, and disseminate program data. Develops meeting content and materials. Facilitates and executes events and programs. </li><li>Coordinates and implements strategies to grow and maintain program engagement. Creates engagement plans (marketing, activities, challenges). Develops and implements program improvements. Maintains program data, master lists, and activities for reporting purposes. Provides monthly reports. </li><li>Oversees daily quality control, and technical performance programs. </li><li>Develops and maintains communication, including monthly newsletter. </li><li>Works closely with marketing team for the promotion of all programs. </li><li>Reports to Manager on project milestones, progress, barriers, unmet needs and overall project status as requested. </li><li>Maintains and tracks the budget of programs. </li><li>Coordinates all processes for programs, as needed. </li><li>Establishes ongoing training team practice opportunities and support. </li><li>Oversees program staff, as needed. </li><li>Gathers, analyzes and reports data to determine efficacy of program(s). </li><li>Serves as a point of contact for program-related questions by patients, medical staff, allied health professionals, and other partners. </li><li>Track metrics that measure overall program effectiveness and provide feedback on future needs. </li><li>Assists with other projects as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed :</p> <p>KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED :</p> <ul> <li>Executive-level presentation/facilitation skills </li><li>Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills; strong problem-solving skills </li><li>Ability to train and coach others; dynamic instructor, polished speaker </li><li>Detail-oriented, excellent project management and planning skills </li><li>Excellent knowledge of health promotion principles </li><li>Superior organization skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously </li><li>Ability to think strategically and critically in developing practical solutions </li><li>Ability to work independently to achieve accomplishments and effectively collaborate and establish effective relationships with various departments within the hospital. </li><li>Proficient in use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint </li></ul> <p><em>KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS PREFERRED</em> <em>:</em></p> <ul> <li>N/A </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in health-related field or relevant discipline such as Psychology, Education, Human or Organizational Development </li><li>Three years' experience in field of health promotion, educational training, facilitation, and/or performance improvement activities </li></ul> <p><em>EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE PREFERRED</em> <em>:</em></p> <ul> <li>Master's degree in health-related field or relevant discipline such as Psychology, Education, Human or Organizational Development </li></ul> <p>LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED :</p> <ul> <li>N/A </li></ul> <p><em>LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, OR REGISTRATION PREFERRED</em> <em>:</em></p> <ul> <li>N/A </li></ul> <p>This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
