<p>Description</p> <p>We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will support major functions across marketing operations, including but not limited to customer change communications, colleague strategy programs, AI solutions, and general campaign project management. Lots of potential for continued growth!</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Develop and execute customer change communication strategies to ensure seamless transitions and high customer satisfaction. </li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement colleague strategy programs that align with company goals and enhance employee engagement. </li><li>Leverage AI solutions to optimize marketing processes, analyze data, and improve campaign effectiveness. </li><li>Manage and coordinate marketing campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. </li><li>Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement, as well as process mapping </li><li>Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation within the marketing team. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. </li><li>Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on operations, communications, and project management. </li><li>Strong understanding of AI solutions and their application in marketing. </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft applications . </li></ul> <p>Preferred Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Experience with customer change communications and colleague strategy programs. </li><li>Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and techniques. </li><li>Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making. </li><li>A thirst for improvement opportunities and personal/professional growth. </li><li>A culture carrier who embodies and promotes company values and fosters a positive work environment. </li></ul> <p>Hours & Work Schedule</p> <ul> <li> <p>Hours per Week: 40</p> </li><li> <p>Work Schedule: 3 days Johnston, RI or Westwood, MA, 8:30-5</p> </li></ul> <p>Some job boards have started using jobseeker-reported data to estimate salary ranges for roles.
