Employee may not exceed 19.5 hours per week. </p> <p>NOTE:  This is a security sensitive position and an appropriate background investigation will be made on applicants being strongly considered for this position.</p> <p>WORKING CONDITIONS:</p> <p>Restricted-Sustained posture, for prolonged periods; light lifting, some walking, pushing, pulling on a regular basis. Minimal Hazard/Exposure-Standard office setting.  At least minimal environmental controls are in place to assure health and comfort.</p> <p>SELECTION CRITERIA:</p> <p>Ability to: 1. Create detailed lesson plans; 2. Conduct classroom instruction/activities in accordance with the overall design of Upward Bound objectives and required services; 3. Evaluate student progress; 4. Work with full-time staff in implementing individualized educational work plan for each student; 5. Maintain confidentiality</p> <p>BENEFITS:</p> <p>Part-Time Retirement.
