<p>Who we are looking for</p> <p>A VP within IT Regulatory Management Services (RMS) in NA who will be responsible for running a robust, optimized, and effective program to facilitate the effective management of regulatory exams and remediation closure at State Street. This role with be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of key examinations globally across State Street that require strong relationship management skills, ability to effectively interact with senior executives, oversee all inquiries, key stakeholder meetings, coordinate artifact and deliverables, and closure of examinations.</p> <p>What you will be responsible for</p> <ul> <li>The end-to-end lifecycle of technology regulatory examinations and remediation closure globally across State Street. </li><li>Closely collaborate with technology teams and risk and control stakeholders across the lines of defense, both globally and regionally. </li><li>Working closely with various stakeholders simultaneously to deliver multiple asks within very short turnaround times, </li><li>Ability to effectively interact with senior executives, oversee all inquiries, key stakeholder meetings, coordinate artifact and deliverables, and closure of examinations. </li><li>Drive improvements in how we manage the exam management process. </li><li>Assist with driving a culture of risk and control management, transparency, and accountability </li><li>Keeps up to date on relevant policy, standards and regulatory requirements </li></ul> <p>What we value</p> <p>These skills will help you succeed in this role</p> <ul> <li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills </li><li>Proven ability to project manage, collaborate and drive execution at all levels within the organization within a regionally diverse and complex environment </li><li>Tenacious self-starter with a keen sense of accountability, ownership, commitment to work and passion for delivering results </li><li>Ability to solve problems, develop alternative approaches to problems, and resolve conflicts </li><li>Working knowledge of risk management frameworks including related regulatory compliance requirements (for example, NIST, ITIL, COSO, COBIT, ISO, etc.) </li><li>Experience with GRC platforms a plus (Archer, Open Pages, etc.) </li><li>Strong Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint skills necessary. </li><li>Strong written and spoken English ability </li></ul> <p>Education & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree </li><li>Minimum of 10 years' relevant industry experience in technology risk management, audit or compliance </li><li>Background in MIS, Technology Infrastructure and/or development </li></ul> <p>Preferred skills</p> <ul> <li>Degree in business, technology or equivalent </li><li>Risk Certifications (CRISC, CISSP, etc.) </li></ul> <p>Salary Range:</p> <p>$140,000 - $222,500 Annual</p> <p>The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified.
