Ideal candidates bring experience or a strong interest in working with diverse adolescents and young adults, including LGBTQIA+ youth, neurodivergent individuals, and their families, and are committed to culturally responsive and identity-affirming care.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead collaborative interdisciplinary team efforts through regular meetings, maintaining open communication and partnering closely with families throughout the treatment process. </li><li>Provide affirming, individualized care through evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy, adapting interventions to meet the unique developmental, cultural, neurodevelopmental, and identity-related needs of each client. </li><li>Support adolescents and young adults with a range of presentations, including mood disorders, trauma, identity exploration, and neurodivergence (e.g., autism, ADHD). </li><li>Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with state regulations, ethical standards, and confidentiality requirements. </li><li>Participate in treatment planning, outcomes measurement, discharge planning, and transition-of-care meetings with clients and families. </li><li>Contribute to program quality, outcomes testing, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance client engagement, safety, and growth. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Licensure: Fully licensed in Colorado (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) or provisionally licensed (PLPC, PLMFT, PLSW).</p> </li><li> <p>Candidates must be prepared to establish a CAQH profile and obtain a National Provider Identifier (NPI) as part of the onboarding process.</p> </li><li> <p>Preferred: High-acuity experience (IOP/PHP, Residential, Psychiatric Hospital, Crisis Stabilization) with relational, experiential, and evidence based systemic techniques.</p> </li><li> <p>Preferred: 1 - 2 years of working experience as an adolescent therapist leading individual, family, and group therapy sessions.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency in incorporating clinical diagnostic and assessment instruments to monitor client progress and treatment outcomes.</p> </li><li> <p>Education: Master's degree in behavioral sciences (Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field)</p> </li></ul> <p>Benefits</p> <ul> <li>Become the Best of the Best: Access to an established Mastery Program that offers unparalleled opportunities for professional growth. </li><li>Proven Positive Outcomes: You'll have the satisfaction of knowing that your work is making a tangible difference in young adults and adolescents lives. </li><li>Holistic Family Approach: Embark recognizes the importance of treating families which is crucial for sustained recovery and well-being for teens. </li><li>Comprehensive Benefit Program that includes medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, paid licensure renewal, CEU reimbursement, long-term and short-term disability, 401K with company matching program, PTO, and paid parental leave. </li></ul> <p>There is no predetermined closing date for this job opportunity.
