If you have experience or are looking to start your career, apply below!</p> <p>About the Role</p> <ul> <li> <p>Mix and match custom wood stains to achieve consistent, high-quality finishes.</p> </li><li> <p>Apply stains, glazes, and topcoats to wood cabinetry using hand tools and spray equipment.</p> </li><li> <p>Inspect wood surfaces for imperfections; sand, prep, and touch up as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.</p> </li><li> <p>Operate finishing tools and equipment, including sprayers, sanders, and drying booths.</p> </li><li> <p>Follow finishing schedules to meet daily production goals.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain quality standards through attention to detail and color accuracy.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with additional tasks as assigned by the Finishing Supervisor.</p> </li></ul> <p>What's in it for You</p> <ul> <li>$25 - $28 an hour </li><li>Medical, dental, vision insurance </li><li>Paid vacations & PTO </li><li>Opportunities for growth and advancement </li><li>401(k) plan </li></ul> <p>What you Bring</p> <ul> <li> <p>Experience in wood staining, finishing, painting, or cabinetry (required).</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to mix stains and match colors by eye with a high degree of accuracy.</p> </li><li> <p>Skilled in hand sanding and orbital sanding techniques.</p> </li><li> <p>Previous experience with wood products or cabinet manufacturing a plus.</p> </li><li> <p>Must be physically able to bend, stoop, lift 20-50 lbs, and stand for extended periods.</p> </li><li> <p>Comfortable using hand tools and spray equipment.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work independently and in a team environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Basic understanding of safety procedures and finishing best practices.</p> </li></ul> <p>Schedule</p> <ul> <li>Full-time </li><li>Monday- Friday </li><li>5:00am -1:30pm </li></ul> <p>Ready to create beautiful finishes and be part of a team that takes pride in its craftsmanship?
