Join us at the Coast!</p> <p>Benefits and Perks:</p> <ul> <li>Medical, Rx, Dental, Vision </li><li>HSA, HRA, HIA </li><li>Telehealth </li><li>Life & Disability </li><li>Employee Assistance Program </li><li>Paid holidays and vacation </li><li>401k </li><li>Paid Volunteer Opportunities </li><li>Education Assistance </li></ul> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Include but are not limited to):</p> <ul> <li>Delivers accurate advice to callers regarding patient care following Barton Schmitt Pediatric Triage Telephone Protocols </li><li>Schedule/reschedule/cancel patients properly according to provider scheduling template </li><li>Displays full competency with shot records and ensures that all previous vaccination histories are manually entered into the internal EHR when needed </li><li>Maintains a working knowledge of current vaccine schedule and any changes that incur annually to this schedule </li><li>Accurately documents in the internal EHR and on internal vaccine and lab logs </li><li>Accurately completes requested, patient paperwork in a timely fashion, per office policy </li><li>Delivers accurate advice to callers regarding patient care following Barton Schmitt Pediatric Triage Telephone Protocols </li><li>Schedule/reschedule/cancel patients properly according to provider scheduling template </li><li>Create patient cases to appropriately address patient needs, sending to provider when needed or outside of company standing protocols/orders </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Maintains an active SC nursing license, which is in good standing </li><li>Current BLS certification </li><li>Knowledge of pediatric nursing and triage, including Barton Schmitt Protocols </li><li>Understanding of pediatric vaccine schedule· Positive organizational skills </li><li>Ability to work well with others as a team </li><li>High school diploma or equivalent. </li><li>Prior medical practice experience preferred </li><li>Working knowledge of computer applications </li><li>Prior experience with EMR preferred </li><li>Ability to speak, read and write effectively </li><li>Ability to work independently without direct supervision </li><li>Ability to coordinate, analyze, observe, make decisions, and meet deadlines, in a detail-oriented manner </li><li>Ability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends </li></ul>
