<p>Position Title: Saw Operator</p> <p>Department: Machine Shop</p> <p>Location: Fenton, MO</p> <p>Reports To: Machine Shop Supervisor</p> <p>Classification: Hourly - Non-Exempt</p> <p>Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 5am - 3pm</p> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>Responsible for maintaining and operating aluminum cut-off saw. In addition to running cut-off saw, the position is required to process the blanks of the cut-off saw through the ball burnish operation.</p> <p>Essential Job Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Operate aluminum cut-off saw. </li><li>Maintain a safe and organized workstation. </li><li>Perform hourly quality checks. </li><li>100% check parts by snap gage. </li><li>Monitor coolant levels and refill. </li><li>Change chip bags. </li><li>Vacuum out machines. </li><li>Sweep floor. </li><li>Empty burnish bowl. </li><li>Other job duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Required Experience:</p> <p>Basic mechanical aptitude with the ability to be trained.</p> <p>About Control Devices, LLC</p> <p>Control Devices, LLC ("Control Devices" or "CD") is a leading designer & manufacturer of high-quality flow control valves, condensate removal traps, related components & accessories serving the compressed air, pressure washer, vehicle systems, fire protection, specialty gas, & the industrial, agricultural & food service float valve markets.
