Our products and solutions solve global Asset Managers' challenges, enhance our clients' experience and build scalability/efficiencies for these clients and BBH.</p> <p>The Senior FX Documentation & Onboarding Analyst leads the way in ensuring a smooth onboard for BBH's clients and provides exposure to all facets of the global FX business.</p> <p>The ideal candidate is inquisitive and detail oriented, enjoys a fast-paced environment and wants to have a direct impact on BBH's FX business in the following ways:</p> <ul> <li>Support the efficient completion and overall success of negotiation of the documentation with new and existing clients </li><li>Work alongside key stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals from the relevant credit, risk, capacity and legal teams </li><li>Support the maintenance of Onboarding Procedures, Policies and Guides </li><li>Manage the document retention process within the group </li><li>Coordinate meeting arrangements, manage client onboarding trackers, maintain task lists, proof reading of legal documents </li><li>Support productivity by reviewing and enhancing processes, systems and structure with the goal of reducing the time to conclude contracts </li></ul> <p>Knowledge and skills:</p> <ul> <li>Experience in foreign exchange trading instruments and fund structures a plus </li><li>Experience with standard desktop tools, including Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and strong Excel skills required </li><li>Strong attention to detail and analytical skills </li><li>Strong ability to handle multiple and conflicting priorities, while meeting deadlines. </li><li>Ability to interact with internal and external clients, in a professional manner. </li><li>Strong problem solving, organizational and project management skills. </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritize work efficiently </li></ul> <p>Education level and/or relevant experience(s):</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent </li><li>1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. </li><li>Experience in the financial services industry, a plus. </li></ul> <p>Salary Range</p> <p>$135,000 - $165,000 (New York)</p> <p>BBH's compensation program includes base salary, discretionary bonuses, and profit-sharing. The anticipated base salary range(s) shown above are only for the indicated location(s) and may differ in other locations due to cost of living and labor considerations. Base salaries may vary based on factors such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.
