<p>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Perform day to day financial transactions, including, processing, verifying, and recording accounts payable vouchers </li><li>Handle communications with vendors and Purchasing regarding invoicing errors </li><li>Generate automated cash disbursements </li><li>Comply with financial policies and procedures for processing incoming payments </li><li>Document and verify discrepancies by reviewing vendor statements </li><li>Facilitate payment of invoices by contacting clients with billing reminders </li><li>Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders </li><li>Communicating with vendors and clients primarily via email and secondarily via phone </li><li>Data entry and processing of debits and credits </li><li>Act, live, and behave by TCF Core Values </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent </li><li>1 year experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk </li><li>Background in manufacturing preferred </li><li>Data entry and basic mathematics skills </li><li>Ability to organize and complete tasks in a consistent manner </li><li>High degree of accuracy and attention to detail </li><li>Ability to adapt and be flexible </li><li>Proficient in the use of standard MS Office software programs and equipment </li><li>Basic knowledge of spreadsheets, most specifically Excel </li></ul> <p>PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Standard office environment </li><li>Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds </li><li>Ability to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, reach </li><li>Ability to work extended hours sitting at a computer. </li></ul> <p>As a Accounts Payable Process you will be offered pay of $20-$24 per hour dependent on experience.
