<p>Job Description</p> <p>Strategic Planning & Thought Leadership</p> <p>? Stays informed and shares industry and cultural trends and technological advances that may help inform the work.</p> <p>? Bring thought leadership to consult on complex issues and identify innovative solutions</p> <p>? Ability to navigate the complexity of the social ecosystem to make recommendations on an ongoing basis for our clients that leverage paid, owned and earned opportunities</p> <p>? Ensures best practices are applied across disciplines</p> <p>? Ensures strategic alignment across all channels and teams for a fully integrated approach</p> <p>? Provide high level strategic counsel to all clients and prospects</p> <p>? Reinforce understanding of client's business and uncovering of motivations/needs</p> <p>Account Leadership</p> <ul> <li>Provide strategic leadership and roadmap for the business that integrates all services offered at Blue Hour Studios </li><li>Command complete ownership and accountability for assigned lines of business and relationships with clients and agency team at all levels. </li><li>Encourage a positive, professional environment that supports the clients, management, teammates and the work. </li><li>Sets a standard of excellence through coaching and mentorship that develops strong, motivated internal teams. </li><li>Spot challenges in the distance and know when to bring in agency leadership and offer solutions to help them troubleshoot. </li><li>Positively lead and foster a spirit of healthy debate and dialog in service of the work. </li><li>Demonstrate a deep understanding of best-in-class social media and influencer marketing, including competitors and emerging trends that may inform the work. </li><li>Build strong relationships with senior clients, having the ability to have tough conversations, while ensuring the health of the account is strong. </li></ul> <p>Business Growth</p> <p>? Identify opportunities and grow billings within assigned lines of business, and seek opportunities to deliver break-through work that's on-brand and on strategy</p> <p>? Ensure successful financial operations across assigned lines of business adhering to the Scope of Work.</p> <p>? Inspire new products, new services and new ways of doing business</p> <p>? Provide thought leadership to ultimately inspire new products, new services and new ways of doing business</p> <p>? Ability to strategically identify and persuasively sell in incremental solutions/capabilities to drive organic growth</p> <p>? Responsible for account/project profitability</p> <p>? Assist new business pitches, as appropriate</p> <p>Team Management & Supervision</p> <p>? Demonstrate strong supervisory, delegation, and escalation judgement skills.</p> <p>? Keep teams performing at their peak</p> <p>? Provide input for team members' performance reviews, coaching to maximize success. Conduct performance review for direct reports.</p> <p>? Provide ongoing, real-time, performance feedback to ensure continued team growth</p> <p>Salary Range: $3,462.00 to $4,231.00 a week.
